The Pig Bus serves rotating game-day food prepared and shared in a tailgate environment, sometimes by different volunteers or contributors. Menus may include roast pork, lamb, poultry, seafood, fried foods, and smoked meats.
Allergens
Foods may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, sesame, pork, and other ingredients. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment or that every item fits an individual’s religious, medical, or dietary restrictions.
If you have an allergy
If you have a food allergy, especially a severe allergy, ask about ingredients and exercise appropriate caution. Avoid foods of uncertain composition. Guests should respect serving utensils and food-handling instructions and should not eat food they believe to be unsafe.
Hot cooking areas
Roasters, smokers, fryers, grills, knives, propane systems, generators, and cooking surfaces can be dangerous. Only authorized cooks may enter active cooking areas or operate equipment. Keep exits and emergency routes open.
The pig is roasted. You shouldn’t be. Stay clear of the cookers.
