9. Third parties

Applicable Utah law governs, subject to mandatory legal rights and other applicable legal requirements.
12. Independence & trademarks
The Utah Pig Bus was created by proud University of Utah alumni and Phi Delta Theta fraternity brothers. Our university and fraternity ties are meaningful parts of the group’s history, but the Pig Bus itself is independently organized and operated.
It is not owned, funded, managed, sponsored, or officially endorsed by the University of Utah, Utah Athletics, the Crimson Club, Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters, or the Utah Alpha Chapter of Phi Delta Theta.
Historical involvement of coaches, alumni, athletes, fraternity members, media, and supporters does not establish institutional affiliation or endorsement. Team, university, fraternity, broadcasting, and third-party names or marks are used for factual identification or permitted commentary; all underlying trademarks and copyrighted materials remain with their owners.
